Reservation
Reservations are open from 12days before the day.
We accept reservations only from Swallowtail website.
If we have vacancy at the day, talk to our doorman and you can make reservations.
Check out the board at the entrance whether there are vacancies or not.

How to Make a Reservation
1. Create an Account

Before making a reservation, please create an account on our website and sign in.
2. Make a Reservation

Select your preferred date, time, and number of guests, then complete the reservation by entering the required information.
3. Reservation Complete

Once your reservation has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address registered with your account.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, please first check your spam or junk mail folder. If it cannot be found, please contact us through the Inquiry Form.
4. Reservation Confirmation

“SWALLOWTAIL” administrative office(webmaster@butlers-cafe.jp) will give you reply e-mail “Reservation confirmation e-mail” within 2days.

Cancellation
1.

Sign in to our website and access “Upcoming Reservations” from My Page.
2.

Select the reservation you wish to cancel and complete the cancellation procedure.
3.

Once your cancellation has been completed, a cancellation confirmation email will be sent automatically to your registered email address.

ARRIVE LATE
Please understand that we cannot extend your staying time because of other reservation.
If you arrived 50 minutes behind reservation, we refuse your visit this time and also ask you cancelation fee (4,000 JPY at tea time / 7,300 JPY at dinner time) each person whatever reasons you may have.

About Cancellation Fee
We will ask you to pay 4,000 JPY(tea time) or 7,300 JPY(dinner time) per person under these conditions, could not cancel by 20:00 the day before your reservation and do not show at the time of the reservation.
If you do not pay the cancellation fee within one week, we will refuse your reservation next time.
Also, if you arrive less than the number you mentioned at the reservation, we would ask you to pay 1,500 JPY(tea time) or 2,500 JPY(dinner time) per person who did not show.
